High Voltage Power Supply
Designed for the Hyperion® ion source system, the Oregon Physics High Voltage Power Supply is used to operate plasma ion sources and ion beam focusing lenses.
HVPS Features and Specifications:
- Range and stability: Generates digitally adjusted, high-stability voltages between -30 kV and +30 kV.
- Compatible with negative ion generation: Capable of producing regulated current for the ion source solenoid and handling the associated reversed extractor currents.
- Equipped with interlocks: The HVPS features physical/hardware interlocks designed to prevent accidental disconnection of cables, as well as a system interlock circuit when used as part of a complete Oregon Physics Hyperion® ion source system.
- LED status indicator: Visually displays power and high voltage status.
- Air cooled.
- Mounts into an electronics rack.
- No regular maintenance required.
