Custom Research & Development

Since our founding in 2007, Oregon Physics has grown organically through research and development to provide advanced ion sources, optics, and electronics for leading edge instruments supporting imaging, analysis and manufacturing applications. In addition to ion sources, we produce electron sources, instrument consumables, and custom FIB columns, as well as offering Plasma FIB services. We continue to grow our install base of hundreds of ion and electron sources inside a variety of instruments. We also provide consumables and services to maintain high uptime and achieve long lifetimes with our products for reliable imaging instrument operation.
