Aperture Strips
Aperture strips need to be free of defects or asymmetric holes that can cause charging or beam scattering.
Utilizing our own high current FIB micro machining lab, Oregon Physics manufactures aperture strips to exacting standards. You are assured of a high quality, defect-free product and fast turnaround for both standard and custom hole patterns.
