Hyperion™ — High Brightness Plasma Ion Source
Hyperion
is the most technically advanced plasma source available commercially
for focused ion beam applications. Hyperion provides a factor of
10-50x higher beam current in a given spot size than the Duoplasmatron
(previously the highest performance plasma source).
