FIB Aperture Strips
Oregon Physics can quickly supply custom apertures strips for common FIB columns such as the FEI Magnum and Prelens columns. These aperture holes are manufactured in our high current FIB micromachining lab for fast turnaround on strips with custom hole patterns. Several standard hole patterns (as shown below) are immediately available.
